- Pre-heat oven to 475*
- Drain the canned chicken and squeeze out any remaining liquid wearing a latex glove. You want to get as much moisture out as possible because you want your crust to be crispy.
- Add your chicken, nutritional yeast, and eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
- Stir in the seasonings to the chicken mixture, stir well, and form into a loaf shape.
- Add your crust to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Wearing cooking gloves, press the chicken crust from the center of the loaf to the edges, forming a large 12-inch pizza crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 475 degrees.
- Carefully remove the parchment paper, keeping the crust directly on the pizza pan.
- Add your toppings of choice! Bake for another 5-10 minutes. You can broil if you want your cheese to be super melty.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and enjoy!
