Easy Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS
2 - 4 Large Individual Romaine Lettuces, washed
1 tbsp of #sugarfree Mayonnaise (I like Duke’s)
Slices of your favorite uncured deli meat (load it up with meats like salmi, pepperoni, turkey, etc).
Sliced Tomatoes, Organic
4 strips of crispy, cooked uncured bacon.
PREPARATION
Spread mayo on each romaine lettuce leaf
Layer the uncured deli meats
Top with tomato and crispy uncured bacon
Here’s the fun part! Starting from the end with the stalk of the romaine lettuce roll the filled romaine lettuce up.
Repeat the above steps for each lettuce wrap you want to enjoy.
