Easy Delicious Chicken Salad

Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of chopped rotisserie chicken
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 Tbsp of White Vinegar
2 tsp of Red Vinegar
1 cup of sliced, seedless purple grapes
½ cup of chopped pecans
¼ cup of diced fresh celery or celery seed seasoning (optional)
Pinch of Real Salt or Celtic Salt
1 tsp of Black Pepper
1 tsp of Garlic powder
2 tsp of Oregano
2 tsp of Paprika
PREPARATION
Pull the chicken from the rotisserie. Chop it up and set it aside in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the mayo with the both vinegars. Mix well.
In the large bowl with chopped rotisserie chicken add all the spices, then mix in the mayo vinegar mix. Stir well.
Add sliced grapes and pecans.
Chill in the fridge for 10 to 30 minutes
Enjoy with Almond Crackers or over a bed of greens!
