Best Baked French Fries
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound of russet potatoes, sliced in 1 inch thickness
1/3 cup of coconut oil, melted
2 tsp of celtic salt
2 tsp of cajun seasoning
2 tsp of dry dill seasoning
3 tsp of nutritional yeast
PREPARATION
Instructions
Preheat your oven at 400*
Clean and pat dry russet potatoes.
Slice potatoes in half length wise, then carefully slice in 1 inch french fry style pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, coat the sliced potatoes in the melted coconut oil, massaging the slices to ensure each piece is adequately covered.
Spread the coated potato slices on a baking sheet.
Season the fries.
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 400* for 40 minutes.
Flip half way through. Keeping an eye on the potatoes as oven temperatures can vary.
Allow the french fries to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
TIP
Clean potatoes by removing any sprouting roots from each potato then washing with a brush to scrub away dirt.
