Three Ingredient Bagels🥯
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of almond flour
1 cup of unsweetened yogurt (I use coconut yogurt)
1 egg (for the egg wash)
Seasonings:
1 Tsp of Real mineral salt (not table salt)
Everything But the Bagel seasoning (to taste)
Optional: 1/3 cup of Nutritional Yeast
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 375*
Mix two cups of almond flour with one cup of yogurt in a medium bowl.
Stir in seasonings, and add the nutritional yeast to the mix if you have it.
Spray a donut-shaped baking sheet with Avocado Cooking Spray.
On a sheet of parchment paper, spoon out a heap of dough.
Using clean hands, row the dough into a log about two inches thick.
Carefully place the log-shaped dough inside each hole of the baking sheet. Repeat until the baking sheet is filled.
Whisk one egg, and brush the egg white on each bagel with a cooking brush.
Sprinkle Everything Bagel season on top of each bagel.
Bake for 15 to 22 minutes.
