Zero Carb Pizza Crust
INGREDIENTS
The CRUST
Two 10oz cans of chicken breast, drained
Two eggs
1/4 cup of Nutritional Yeast
Two teaspoons of Garlic Powder
Two teaspoons of Onion Powder
The TOPPINGS
1/4 cup of unsweetened Marinara Sauce. I like Rao’s.
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of Raw Cheddar Goat Cheese.
12 slices of uncured pepperoni
2.25 ounces of Black olives, drained
1/4 cup of green bell pepper, diced
Two strips of raw, uncured bacon, diced

Parchment paper
PREPARATION
Pre-heat oven to 475*
Drain the canned chicken and squeeze out any remaining liquid wearing a latex glove. You want to get as much moisture out as possible because you want your crust to be crispy.
Add your chicken, nutritional yeast, and eggs in a medium-sized bowl. Mix well.
Stir in the seasonings to the chicken mixture, stir well, and form into a loaf shape.
Add your crust to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Wearing cooking gloves, press the chicken crust from the center of the loaf to the edges, forming a large 12-inch pizza crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes at 475 degrees.
Carefully remove the parchment paper, keeping the crust directly on the pizza pan.
Add your toppings of choice! Bake for another 5-10 minutes. You can broil if you want your cheese to be super melty.
Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and enjoy!
